William ( Bill) and Willard (Willy) Rusch started Rusch’s Construction in August 1975. Stewat Rusch came to help run Rusch’s Construction. Rusch’s Construction has been in business for 46 years.
Bill retired 1988. Sharon started with Rusch’s in November 1982 and is serving to the present.
Kirk started summers from 90-94 and worked for Rusch’s part time while in college from 94-98. Came on full time from 98-2000. Left for a year to go with wife to Omaha so she could finish school. While in Omaha worked for a housebuilder, worked for a security firmCame back to Rusch’s full time in August 2001 to the present.
Willy retired in 2006. Stewart recently retired in 2020.
