At Rusch’s General Contracting, LLC, it has always been about family. Dreaming of building a family business where they could help people realize their remodeling dreams, Bill and Willy Rusch started Rusch’s Construction in August of 1975. As the business grew, Stewart joined them to help manage the day-to-day operations, and Sharon came to the company in 1982, where she is now supporting the president. After many years of successfully building the family business and working with many satisfied clients, Willy retired in 2006, followed by Stewart who recently retired in 2020.
Today we are a third-generation family-owned business! While at school, Kirk started working for Rusch’s during the summers of 1990 through 1994 and worked part-time while attending college during 1994 through 1998. After graduation, he worked for the company full-time from 1998 through 2000, when he took a year to move to Omaha so his wife could finish school. Back from Omaha in 2001, Kirk came back to full time employment and is heading up the team today.
